Unpaid Internship Program
G&P Intern’s unpaid internship program provide hardworking and motivated interns who are eager to learn. The interns are either experienced or have basic skills and training for the job with an intermediate English level.
Our partner organizations include; Air NewZealand, Qantas Airways, Jetstar Airways, RealNZ, Skyline Queenstown, Remarkable Start Early Learning, LSNZ, and many more.
1. Intern Selection
- G&P Interns will present to you, the ‘Host Organization’, a resume of each potential intern.
- You will select from the resumes presented by one or more applicants, and will confirm your selection in writing to G&P Interns. The selection should be made a month prior to the commencement date of the internship.
2. Internship Placement
Here are a few important points to keep in mind when hiring G&P interns.
- Host organization will provide 2-6 weeks of unpaid work experience.
- Approximately 30 hours of work experience per week is required.
- You will provide the intern with adequate health and safety training in accordance with your organization’s own health and safety policies.
- Placements may commence throughout the year, depending on your requirements.
- You are not required to make any payments to G&P Interns for securing the interns.
- G&P Interns will arrange accommodation for the intern.
- G&P Interns provide an emergency Japanese support service to all interns.
