Who are they?
Majority of our interns are Japanese students studying hospitality at vocational schools in Japan.
Others are independent adults on working holiday.
They are well-mannered English learners, willing to connect with locals and spend quality time with you.
What does the daily life of an intern look like?
*The below is just a sample and the schedule will vary depending on the intern.
They may also be working on weekends and night times.
What we ask for
A single room with a bed with bedding.
A closet.
A desk.
Access to house facilities such as bathroom and kitchen.
Flexibility to accommodate different work shifts.
Wifi connection.
An English speaking environment.
Upon request - 2 meals
Breakfast and Dinner.
What you can expect
A great cultural exchange opportunity!
Single bedroom without meals: we pay you $310 per week
Single bedroom with meals: we pay you $380 per week (2 meals a day)
*Meal option is given to the intern. We ask all hosts to be able to provide meals upon request. We also expect all hosts to accommodate dietary requirements where necessary.The average duration of their stay can vary between 4 weeks to 6 months. Some may stay up to 12 months.
